ASL460LZ-A is a kind of economical and practical commercial form printing machine with international 1990s level adopting Japanese technology. It adopts a full modular machine structure and consists of a paper feeding part, an offset printing part, a relief printing part, a machining part and a folding part. Functional units are available according to customer demand. It will continuously and automatically complete offset printing, relief printing, punching, pressing cross and vertical lines and folding. Besides, it adopts PLC control, touch screen for human-machine dialogue, first automatic tension adjustment, secondary automatic tension compensation, automatic deviation correction, reverse printing, static electricity eliminating, estimating counters and many other auxiliary functions and devices. It is the ideal equipment for printing high-level tickets and bills.

Paper Feeding Part

It adopts air-cooling magnetic powder brake and automatic tension control. 

It adopts digital controlled paper scrap inspection and photoelectric shortage and joint inspection.

Offset Printing Part
