Feeding unit

1)         Feeder: Double suction and double blower; parallel sheet feeding; vertical valve; bearing universal joint; blower foot blowing; skew sheets auto-adjusting; and locking seam loosen blower

2)         Sheets desk: Max pile height 750mm; auto-lifting; over-height protection

3)         Conveyor table: vacuum suction; stainless surface; 1.2mm perforation conveyor belts

Laminating unit

1)         Laminating roller; bright-polished chrome-plated heating roller, Rockwell hardness 65; silica gel impression roller, Shore hardness 95

2)         Film setting unit: 3” gas spring level; pneumatic tension controller; cutting blade and perforation blade; film roller fine-adjustment ±5mm
